Happy Hooligan es una tira cómica estadounidense, la primera tira importante del ya célebre dibujante Frederick Burr Opper. Debutó con una tira dominical el 11 de marzo de 1900 en los periódicos William Randolph Hearst, y fue uno de los primeros cómics populares de King Features Syndicate. La tira se publicó durante tres décadas, hasta su cierre el 14 de agosto de 1932.
