En este libro veremos el proceso de creaci\u00f3n y autoedici\u00f3n de un c\u00f3mic.
Partiremos de una idea, escribiremos el gui\u00f3n, lo dividiremos en las p\u00e1ginas necesarias e ilustraremos nuestro propio c\u00f3mic. Finalmente, prepararemos el trabajo para imprenta y veremos qu\u00e9 formas de distribuci\u00f3n podemos usar.
No es imprescindible saber dibujar pero s\u00ed mantener una actitud creativa y abierta.
La idea de este libro parte de un curso que imparto a docentes en el que explico mi proceso de trabajo a la hora de autopublicar un c\u00f3mic.
\u00bfPorqu\u00e9 autopublicar? Las relaciones con editoriales, en mi caso, no han sido satisfactorias ni transparentes. Problemas con reediciones, calidad del papel o de la edici\u00f3n, incluso por las ganancias por cada libro, han hecho que naciera mi inter\u00e9s por la autoedici\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, mi profesi\u00f3n de dise\u00f1ador gr\u00e1fico me ha hecho conocer de primera mano las imprentas y los procesos de trabajo necesarios para preparar trabajos gr\u00e1ficos. Finalmente, la revoluci\u00f3n de la impresi\u00f3n por demanda y la impresi\u00f3n digital, hacen que la autopublicaci\u00f3n sea algo muy accesible para la mayor\u00eda de autores.

Este libro se plantea como un proceso de creaci\u00f3n de un c\u00f3mic con ejercicios en cada cap\u00edtulo. De esta forma, teniendo una buena idea y siguiendo los pasos y ejercicios que te propongo en este libro, acabar\u00e1s teniendo en tus manos tu c\u00f3mic impreso. Lo que despu\u00e9s hagas con este libro ya es cosa tuya, puedes imprimirlo bajo demanda, invertir en una gran tirada, ir con \u00e9l a una editorial, etc.
Al final tendr\u00e1s un resumen con los pasos y ejercicios necesarios para crear tu c\u00f3mic para que puedas seguirlos sin tener que volver a leer todo el libro.
